Supply Knowledge (tm) Focusing On Supply Management Excellence

Dear Supply Knowledge Reader,

  The Supply Knowledge team would like to thank you for your fantastic support this year. It’s been great pleasure bringing you relevant news, articles and links related to the Supply Management professions. A special thank you to those who have added their comments to our postings; to those who have not, we look forward to thanking you next year.

We certainly welcome your continued participation in the coming year. There is a lot on the drawing board right now that will help make your job easier.

First, we expect to roll out the full version of our online certificate program in Strategic Sourcing Management. This is a 24 module, comprehensive look at the various elements that make up the sourcing process. Our certificate of completion will be issued jointly with the Institute for Supply Management, Silicon Valley. All of the courses are very reasonably priced.

Second, we expect to add additional news functions to our GroupSite, databases, clogs and blogs. Everything you receive is relevant to issues facing the worldwide supply management professional today.

Finally, we are scheduled for a Summer 2010 publication of a new book on the subject of “Strategic Sourcing” (a Practitioner’s Guide) that we hope each of you will read and benefit from. Once we get closer to the book’s publication date, we will be sure to let you know the details.
